Value A Business
Home » Value A Business
Most business owners have no idea what their company is actually worth. We do business valuations for owners who need to know, whether that is a quick number to plan around or a fully defensible Conclusion of Value that has to hold up in court, in front of the IRS, or under buyer-side scrutiny on a real transaction. Every engagement is performed under NACVA Professional Standards methodology and sized to the purpose you actually have, not the biggest one we can sell you. We work with Upper Main Street and Lower Middle Market owners across Louisiana and the Gulf South.

Quick guide by purpose
- Just curious, or thinking about selling someday. Start with What's My Business Worth? for a free directional range. Book a consultation if the number surprises you.
- Sale-prep pricing, planning, or a partner buy-out. A Calculation of Value gets you a real working number in 2–3 days.
- IRS gift, estate, or income-tax filing. ESOP. Major transaction. You need a Conclusion of Value. Defensible, documented, built to survive scrutiny.
- Active litigation, divorce, shareholder dispute, or damages matter. Engage us through Litigation & Expert Witness. Same NACVA methodology, plus the rebuttal, deposition, and testimony work attorneys actually need.
2–3 days for a Calculation. 1–2 weeks for a Conclusion.
Most firms quote 2–3 weeks for a Calculation of Value and 4–8 weeks for a Conclusion. Ours come back in days and weeks, not weeks and months. Rush Reports are available on both products, 24-hour on a Calculation and 72-hour on a Conclusion, for the times the timeline is not negotiable.
